Hi, I’m Dr. Ana

Welcome to my practice!

Life often moves quickly, bringing highs and lows and everything in between. In the midst of the “busy-ness” and challenges, it can be often hard to pause and take care of ourselves.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and deepen our understanding of who we are so that we can live with more meaning and purpose.

I truly believe that therapy
can be helpful for anyone.

A Little Bit About Me

I’ve been working in the field of mental health for over ten years, supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working in many different settings—from schools and community mental health centers to hospitals, a university counseling center, and group private practices—which has shaped the way I approach therapy and connect with each person I work with.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I’m a mom of two. I love reading, traveling, discovering new restaurants, working out, and (like many of us!) binge-watching good TV shows. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

  • Working Together at Every Stage of Life

I work with a wide range of clients, including children (age 7+), adolescents, and adults.

With children, I often incorporate play therapy and behavioral strategies to help them express themselves and build skills in a supportive way. With teens, this is your space and we work together on what is important to you. With adults, I take a collaborative approach—working together to identify your needs, goals, and the therapeutic style that fits you best.

  • How I Can Support You

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning differences, self-esteem, school-related concerns, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress management, and work–life balance.

I also work with perinatal mental health, including challenges related to conception, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, fertility treatments, and parenting. As a mom of two, this work is especially meaningful to me, and I am passionate about supporting parents and families through these experiences.

  • My Approach To Therapy

I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can explore and understand yourself with kindness, acceptance, and compassion.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and family systems—to tailor our work to your unique needs.

Together, we’ll explore what resonates most and build a path that feels right for you.
